If you do not click on the button, no exchange of information will take place. Information about the collection and use of your data in the social networks can be found in the respective terms of use of the respective provider.
Social media buttons of the following companies are integrated on the website:

Facebook Inc. (1601 S. California Ave – Palo Alto – CA 94304 – USA)

Cookies

Our website uses HTTP cookies to store user-specific data.

What exactly are cookies?
Whenever you browse the Internet, you use a browser such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge. Most websites store small text files in your browser, called cookies. These cookie files are automatically placed in the cookie folder. Cookies store certain user data about you, such as language or personal page settings. When you return to our site, your browser sends the “user-related” information back to our site. Thanks to the cookies, our website offers you your usual standard settings.

Cookies are not software programs and do not contain viruses, trojans or other “pests”. Cookies also cannot access information on your PC.

There are 4 types of cookies:

  • Essential cookies
Essential cookies are required to enable you to navigate our website and use its functions. Without these cookies, the full functionality of the website cannot be guaranteed.
  • Performance and statistics cookies
Performance cookies collect information about the way a website is used, e.g. which pages a visitor most frequently visits or whether he or she receives error messages. They are used exclusively to improve the website and thus the user experience. Performance cookies do not store any information that would allow the identity of the user to be deduced – the site visitor remains anonymous.
  • Cookies from external media
If third-party content is integrated into a website, this third-party provider may set cookies while you are not directly on its website. These cookies are called third-party cookies. These cookies allow the third party to store information about you as a user and to identify you when you visit their own website in order to present a website that is adapted to you. This is possible, for example, when embedding YouTube videos in a website.
  • Cookies for marketing purposes
Cookies for marketing purposes are used to record the interests of the visitor and to adapt advertisements to their personal needs.

When you visit a website for the first time, you will usually be asked which of these types of cookie you wish to accept. And of course this decision is also stored in a cookie.

How can I delete cookies?
You decide how and whether you want to use cookies. Regardless of which service or website the cookies come from, you always have the option of deleting cookies, allowing them only partially or deactivating them. For example, you can block third-party cookies, but allow all other cookies.

If you want to find out which cookies are stored in your browser, if you want to change or delete cookie settings, you can find this in your browser settings:

Chrome: Delete, activate and manage cookies in Chrome
Safari: Managing cookies and website data with Safari
Firefox: delete cookies to remove data that websites have placed on your computer
Internet Explorer: Delete and manage cookies
Microsoft Edge: Delete and manage cookies

If you do not wish to receive cookies, you can set up your browser so that it always informs you when a cookie is to be set. In this way, you can decide for each individual cookie whether or not you wish to accept it.

Google Analytics

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. Provider of the web analytics service is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
Google Analytics uses “cookies. These are small text files that your web browser stores on your device and allow analysis of website usage. Information generated by cookies about your use of our website is transmitted to a Google server and stored there. The server location is usually the USA.
Google Analytics cookies are set on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. As the operator of this website, we have a legitimate interest in analysing user behaviour in order to optimise our website and, if necessary, advertising.
IP anonymisation
We use Google Analytics in conjunction with the IP anonymization function. It ensures that Google shortens your IP address within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area prior to transmission to the USA. There may be exceptions in which Google transfers the full IP address to a server in the United States and abbreviates it there. On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to create reports on website activity and to provide us with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.

Browser Plugin

The setting of cookies by your web browser can be prevented. However, some functions of our website may be restricted as a result. You may also opt out of the collection of data about your website usage, including your IP address and subsequent processing by Google. This is possible by downloading and installing the browser plugin accessible via the following link:

https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

Objection to data collection

You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie is set to prevent your information from being collected on future visits to our website: Disable Google Analytics.
Details on the handling of user data by Google Analytics can be found in Google’s privacy policy:

https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en.

Order processing

We have entered into an order processing agreement with Google in order to fully comply with legal data protection requirements.
Demographic characteristics of Google Analytics
Our website uses the function “demographic features” of Google Analytics. It can be used to create reports that contain statements about the age, gender and interests of the site visitors. This data comes from interest-related advertising by Google and visitor data from third parties. It is not possible to assign the data to a specific person. You can deactivate this function at any time. This is possible via the ad settings in your Google Account or by generally prohibiting the collection of your data by Google Analytics, as explained under “Objection to data collection”.

Google Maps

We use Google Maps from Google Inc. on our website. For the European area, the company Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street Dublin 4, Ireland) is responsible for all Google services. With Google Maps we can show you locations better and thus adapt our service to your needs. By using Google Maps, data is transferred to Google and stored on Google’s servers.

What information is stored by Google Maps?
In order for Google Maps to be able to offer its service in its entirety, the company must collect and store data about you. This includes the search terms you enter, your IP address and also the latitude and longitude coordinates. If you use the route planner function, the start address entered will also be saved. However, this data storage happens on the websites of Google Maps. We can only inform you about it, but we cannot influence it. Since we have integrated Google Maps into our website, Google sets at least one cookie (name: NID) in your browser. This cookie stores data about your user behaviour. Google uses this data primarily to optimise its own services and to provide individual, personalised advertising for you.

Google Web Fonts

This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.
For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to Google’s servers. This enables Google to know that your IP address has been used to access this website. The use of Google WebFonts is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
The website operator has a legitimate interest in the uniform presentation of the typeface on his website. If a corresponding consent has been requested (e.g. a consent to store cookies), the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. A DSGVO; the consent can be revoked at any time.
If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font from your computer will be used.
For more information on Google Web Fonts, please visit https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and see Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de.

Facebook Pixel

We use the Facebook pixel of Facebook on our website. We have implemented a code for this on our website. The Facebook pixel is an excerpt of JavaScript code that loads a collection of functions that Facebook can use to track your user actions, if you came to our website via Facebook ads. For example, when you purchase a product on our website, the Facebook pixel is triggered and stores your actions on our website in one or more cookies. These cookies enable Facebook to compare your user data (customer data such as IP address, user ID) with the data of your Facebook account. Then Facebook deletes this data again. The collected data is anonymous and not visible to us and can only be used for advertising purposes. If you yourself are a Facebook user and are logged in, your visit to our website will automatically be assigned to your Facebook user account.

We only want to show our services or products to people who are really interested in them. With the help of Facebook pixels, our advertising measures can be better tailored to your wishes and interests. In this way, Facebook users (provided they have allowed personalised advertising) can see suitable advertisements. Furthermore, Facebook uses the collected data for analysis purposes and its own advertisements.

If you are logged into Facebook, you can change your settings for advertisements yourself at https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences/?entry_product=ad_settings_screen. If you are not a Facebook user, you can basically manage your usage-based online advertising at http://www.youronlinechoices.com/de/praferenzmanagement/. There you have the possibility to deactivate or activate providers.

If you would like to learn more about Facebook’s data protection policy, we recommend that you read the company’s own data guidelines at https://www.facebook.com/policy.php.

LinkedIn

LinkedIn Analytics and LinkedIn Ads
We use conversion tracking technology on our website and the retargeting feature of LinkedIn Corporation.

This technology allows visitors to this site to see personalised advertisements displayed on LinkedIn. It also provides the ability to generate anonymous reports on ad performance and website interaction information. For this purpose, the LinkedIn Insight tag is embedded in this website, which connects to the LinkedIn server if you visit this website and are logged into your LinkedIn account.

Please refer to the LinkedIn privacy policy at https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy for more information about data collection and use, and the choices and rights you have to protect your privacy. If you are logged in to LinkedIn, you may opt out of the collection of your information at any time by following this link: https://www.linkedin.com/psettings/enhanced-advertising.

YouTube

We have included YouTube videos on our website. So we can present videos directly on our site. YouTube is a video portal that has been a subsidiary of Google since 2006. The video portal is operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you call up a page on our website that has an embedded YouTube video, your browser automatically connects to the servers of YouTube or Google. Various data is transferred (depending on the settings). Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street Dublin 4, Ireland) is responsible for all data processing in the European area.

What data is stored by YouTube?
As soon as you visit one of our pages that has a YouTube video embedded, YouTube sets at least one cookie that stores your IP address and our URL. If you are logged in to your YouTube account, YouTube can associate your interactions on our site with your profile, usually using cookies. This includes data such as session duration, bounce rate, approximate location, technical information such as browser type, screen resolution or your internet service provider. Other data may include contact information, any ratings, sharing content via social media or adding to your favourites on YouTube.

How can I delete my data or prevent data storage?
In general, you can manually delete data from your Google Account. With the automatic deletion of location and activity data introduced in 2019, information is stored for either 3 or 18 months, depending on your decision, and then deleted.

Visableleads

ZeroClamp uses products and services for analysis and marketing purposes, which are provided by Visable GmbH (www.visable.com) in cooperation with Visable. For this purpose, counting pixel technology is used to collect, process and store data for the creation of at least pseudonymized, where possible and reasonable completely anonymized usage profiles. The collected data, which may initially still contain personal data, is transmitted to Visable or collected directly by Visable and used there to create the above-mentioned usage profiles. No personal identification of visitors to this website takes place, and no other personal data is merged with the usage profiles. If IP addresses are identified as personal, they are deleted immediately. You can object to the forms of processing described here at any time with effect for the future:
