CleverReach

For sending newsletters we use CleverReach. The provider is CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG, Mühlenstr. 43, 26180 Rastede. With this service we can organize and analyze the newsletter dispatch. The data you enter to receive the newsletter, such as your e-mail address, is stored on CleverReach’s servers. The servers are located in Germany and Ireland.
The newsletter dispatch with CleverReach allows us to analyse the behaviour of the newsletter recipient. The analysis shows, among other things, how many recipients have opened their newsletter and with what frequency links were clicked in the newsletter. CleverReach supports conversion tracking in order to analyse whether a previously defined action, such as a product purchase, has taken place after clicking on a link.
